Withdraw from a Side Whisper purchase within 14 days of making it. You don’t need to give a reason. Fill in the form and choose Confirm withdrawal: we email you a confirmation of what you sent and when.

What happens next
We email you a confirmation right away: what you sent, with the date and time we received it.
If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK and you withdraw within 14 days of the purchase, we refund it in full within 14 days, as the law provides, to the way you paid, through Link, by Stripe.
Elsewhere, and wherever the law gives no right of withdrawal, our Refund policy decides: one refund per account, within 14 days of a purchase, a renewal included.
A refund ends what the purchase paid for: Pro on your account, or Sync for the Sync add-on. A subscription is cancelled, so it is not charged again. Side Whisper keeps working on Free.
Other ways to withdraw
Email support@sidewhisper.app with your name, the purchase and the email address you bought with. Your email counts as your statement too.
You can also ask Link support, at support.link.com. Link decides those requests under its own policy.
Only want to stop a renewal?
Cancel the subscription under Account, then Plan and billing, or on link.com. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is refunded.
Your statement and your data
We keep your statement for 3 years, as proof of when you sent it, and use it only to handle your withdrawal. The Privacy policy explains your rights.
