Not for Free. Side Whisper runs on your PC with nothing to sign up for. An account is what carries your Pro license to three PCs.
It stays. Templates, dictionary entries and snippets beyond the Free limits remain readable, and you can still delete them. Saved themes and styling stay applied. You just can’t add more until you’re back on Pro.
For the first 500 lifetime licenses: at launch, lifetime is $79 once. After that it is $99. Monthly and yearly prices stay the same, and nothing changes for licenses already sold.
The lifetime of Side Whisper, with every update we ship. It isn’t tied to a version number: if the app exists, your license works. One account, three PCs, not transferable. We cap each lifetime batch so we never sell more than we can support.

Stripe, through Link, is the merchant of record: your card statement reads LINK.COM* SIDEWHISPR. Taxes are included in the price, and Link by Stripe emails the receipt and invoice. You can manage or cancel your plan in the billing portal under Plan and billing, or on link.com. We never see your card number.
Yes, once per account, within 14 days of a purchase, lifetime included. Email support@sidewhisper.app and say you want one. There’s no form and no “are you sure” survey.
Yes. To move from monthly to yearly, cancel the monthly plan in the billing portal under Plan and billing, then choose yearly on Get Pro; email us and we’ll refund the unused days of the month. Moving to lifetime is simpler: buy it on Get Pro, and your subscription stops by itself at the end of the period you already paid for, so you are never charged for both.
No. The speech models download once and run on your machine. Audio is never uploaded, on Free or on Pro.
