Uninstall and your data
Removing the app, and what happens to your data.
#Uninstall the app
Open Windows Settings, then Apps, find Side Whisper and choose Uninstall. Right-clicking Side Whisper in the Start menu offers the same option.
#Your data
Your browsing data, settings, voice models, recordings and transcripts are kept in Side Whisper's app data on this PC, not on our servers. Uninstalling the Microsoft Store app removes that data as well, so save what you want to keep first. Settings, then Data & backup, exports your sidebar links, Dictionary and Snippets as JSON files, and Pro adds theme and template backups. Files you saved yourself, such as downloads, stay where you put them.
#Your account
Uninstalling does not delete your account, and the PC stays on your device list until you remove it under Account, then Devices. Under Account, then Profile you can download your data or delete the account. Deleting it also deletes any synced copies.
